Goodwill Returns Policy

Our Goodwill Returns Policy means we are happy to credit returned items that our customer feels unhappy with.  This is in addition to your statutory rights as we are not legally required to refund items the customer no longer wants.  Under our “Goodwill” Policy unsuitable items can be returned providing they are in the original packaging, along with all manufacturers’ labels intact for up to 14 days after receipt.

Items excluded from our Goodwill Returns Policy include:

• Embroidered garments
• Worn garments
• Unable to provide all original packaging and manufacturers’ labels
• Items that have been specifically adjusted
• Change of mind outside the 14 day window after receipt
